Hello my name is Sophie, the owner and photographer here at RozRay Photography.

RozRay Photography was created from my love of capturing the special moments in my own family. The name RozRay is inspired by my two children — Rory and Raya — who are the heart behind everything I do.

I’ve always loved photographing my own children and preserving those precious moments that pass by all too quickly of childhood, and that passion naturally grew into a business. Creating RozRay Photography allowed me to turn what I love into something meaningful, while dedicating my work to the most important people in my life, my children.

Every session I offer is created with the same care, patience, and attention I give when photographing my own children — capturing genuine moments, beautiful details, and memories that families can treasure for years to come.

Being a mum of two little ones myself, I truly understand how daunting it can feel to place your trust in someone else with your newborn or children. I know those worries because I’ve felt them too.

That’s why, when you book with me, you can feel completely at ease knowing your baby is in safe, caring, and experienced hands. I treat every child as if they were my own, creating a calm, patient, and secure environment where both parents and little ones feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.

From those early sleepy days to fun-filled toddler years, they grow and change so quickly — capturing these moments allows you to relive them for years to come.

RozRay Photography focuses on maternity, newborn, and cake smash photography. All sessions are held in my warm, welcoming home studio located in the Pemberton area of Wigan (WN5).

The studio is easily accessible, with convenient links to the M6 and M58, making it ideal for families across Wigan and the surrounding areas.
